Komolika says I m bahu of this house, how can you leave Prerna here. Shivani asks her not to say anything against Prerna. Suman talks to her mum and complains about Prerna and Shivani. Veena says if you want to stay here, I have no objection, I m with you in this decision. She asks Nivedita not to talk in between. She tells her that they are marriage registration papers and Prerna signs them. She spots Prerna lying half conscious on a sofa and asks her to sign divorce papers. Komolika says she'll rectify it and goes to find Prerna.
Mohini lashes out at Komolika and tells her she has made a huge mistake. Komolika tells her that she had spiked Prerna's and Anurag might have taken a sip from it. She asks Komolika if she spiked his drink. She, however, soon realises that Anurag is intoxicated. Instead of blessing him, Mohini slaps Anurag. Anurag fills her parting with vermillion and the two open the door to take Mohini's blessings. The two complete pheras and Prerna says the wedding is incomplete with sindoor. Komolika and Mohini continue to shout and scream but to no avail.
Mohini, Anupam, Nivedita and Mishka all gather around the window and see the intoxicated couple taking pheras. Komolika peeps through the window and is horrified to see the two taking saat pheras. Prerna and Anurag have no clue what's happening outside and continue with the ceremonies. When the two are ready to get married, Komolika knocks on the door saying she knows that the two are inside.
